In 2021 I began posting on social media (just for fun!) under the name “No BS Therapist.” Five years later, my “hot takes and hard truths” have millions of views across various platforms each week. I also enjoy sharing opinions as a behavioral health expert on podcasts and in print for news outlets such as The New York Times and The Boston Globe. I’m a former adjunct professor at Boston College, and have spoken as a guest lecturer at some of the nation’s top addiction treatment centers. My deep understanding of the mental health field comes from over 15 years of experience in various roles—including clinical supervisor, clinician, and workshop presenter. I tailor speaking topics to the audience served. Please contact me to discuss how I can meet your needs and interests.
